1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the batji platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and related services made available at batji.pro (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and batji ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

batji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Access to batji is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. batji is strictly a 21+ platform. Proof of age may be required at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity for the purpose of placing wagers.
• You are registering and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of batji or any of its affiliated game providers.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on batji. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or a different name, address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. batji reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and void any winnings thereon. When creating your account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly notify batji of any changes to your registered details. batji may at any time request the following documentation to verify your identity and payment methods:

• A government-issued photo identification document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used (e.g., bKash account details, bank card front)
• Any additional documentation reasonably required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification. batji shall not be liable for any losses arising from a delay in verification caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the player.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

batji supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local and international payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
• All funds deposited must be used for genuine gaming activity. Deposits made solely for the purpose of money transfer, currency conversion, or without genuine gaming intent may be refused and the account suspended.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to the account. Withdrawals to a third-party account or a payment method not registered in the player's name are not permitted.
• batji does not charge fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. batji is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment services.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification (KYC). batji reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks and to request additional documentation at any stage.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

batji offers various bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically overridden by the terms of a particular promotion:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirement completion. Live sports markets, certain table games, or specific slot titles may be excluded or may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus wagers that are not used within the applicable expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• batji reserves the right to cancel, alter, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of abuse, misuse, or exploitation of any bonus offer, batji reserves the right to void the bonus, void related winnings, and close the account.

Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by a specific promotion. Requesting a new bonus while an existing bonus rollover is incomplete may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.

6. Game Rules and Sports Betting

All games available on the batji Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee returns to any individual player in any single session. The following conditions apply to all gaming and betting activity:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be altered or cancelled except where expressly permitted by specific market rules (for example, cash-out features where available).
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects game outcomes, batji reserves the right to void the affected rounds and refund the wagered amounts. batji will not be liable for any profits or losses attributed to a technical malfunction.
• For sports betting markets, batji uses Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) for all market scheduling and settlement. In the event of postponement, abandonment, or cancellation of a sporting event, the applicable sport-specific settlement rules will apply, as detailed in batji's Sports Betting Rules document.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games or betting markets. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum win limit for a game or market will be paid at the stated maximum and the excess amount will be forfeited.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering. Rules for all games are available within the game interface or on the relevant game provider's documentation. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

batji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible at any time via your account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spend.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. You will be notified when your limit is approaching.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period your account will be locked and you will not be permitted to open a new account.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic session notifications that display the duration of your current session and your net account balance change, reminding you to take breaks.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batji Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any script to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated scheme designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation. batji operates full AML monitoring and will report suspicious transactions as required by law.

batji reserves the right to investigate any account activity it reasonably suspects to involve prohibited conduct. During any investigation, the relevant account(s) may be suspended and withdrawals withheld pending the outcome. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with the account will be forfeited without compensation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the batji Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, images, logos, icons, audio clips, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of batji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of batji.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any batji trademark, logo, or trade name without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any content of the Platform for any commercial purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batji and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on information or content provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial commentary.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond batji's reasonable control.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

batji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. batji uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to safeguard your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which batji operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through batji's customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. batji will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 14 business days.

batji does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from temporary unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances outside its control. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever practicable.

13. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your batji account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure of your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. batji may terminate or suspend your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of your account would expose batji to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In the event of termination for breach, forfeiture of any outstanding balance may apply. These Terms shall survive termination with respect to any provisions that by their nature are intended to survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses.
